When you first open your account, you fill in the registration form. That form is where you meet the account rules. This page summarises those rules. The full agreement is called the "Halka Arz Sözleşmesi" (Offer Agreement). It opens from inside the checkbox on the registration form. No separate version date is shown on the document.

Account Eligibility and Age Requirement

While filling in the registration form, you tick a checkbox. That checkbox confirms you are at least 18 years old. The same checkbox confirms you accept the Offer Agreement. The "Kaydol" (Sign Up) button stays inactive until it is ticked. Your password must be at least 6 characters. An icon in the password field lets you reveal what you typed.

Bonus Use

During registration, you can choose a welcome package. Continuing without a bonus is also possible. The agreement gives the operator a right. If suspicious bonus use is detected, the transaction is reviewed. Following that review, the related participation can be cancelled.

One Account per User

Each person may open only one account. A second account is not allowed. This rule appears directly in the account section of the agreement. Transfers between different user accounts are not permitted. Transfers received from third parties are not accepted either.

Regional Restrictions

The agreement lists a number of countries and territories. The operator does not provide services there. The list covers Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, France and the Netherlands. The Republic of Cyprus, Saba, Sint Eustatius and Sint Maarten are also listed. Singapore, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom are included too. Israel, Iran, Italy and North Korea are on the same list. Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Estonia are part of the group. The Kahnawake territory in Canada is listed as well. Turkey does not appear on this list.

Deposits and Withdrawals

You deposit through the method you choose in the cashier. Your withdrawal request is sent back through that same method. Requesting a withdrawal through a different method is not possible. A warning appears on the deposit screen. It asks you not to send less than the amount requested. Otherwise, your deposit may be lost. For that reason, always send the exact amount requested.

Identity Verification

Before withdrawing funds, you confirm your phone number. You also need to confirm your email address. In addition, you make at least one real-money deposit. Document verification runs through KYCAID. KYCAID is an independent verification service. You can upload an ID card, a passport, or a driver's licence. The operator reserves the right to verify your age. Your country of residence can be verified the same way. Your IP address is logged automatically by the system. Your browser data is logged in the same way.
